Networking PAM Initiatives!

Building a transnational network of ecoacoustic monitoring initiatives to share knowledge, establish standards and promote data exchange to support long term ecological monitoring. - Organizing next steps and activties

During a symposium of the Ecoacoustic Society (ISE) in Madrid in 2024, we set out to build a "transnational network of terrestrial ecoacoustic monitoring initiatives to share knowledge, establish standards and promote data exchange". We - the organizing committee - really enjoyed the spirit and enthusiasm during our workshop. And we came up with several ideas for actions and initiatives to form a lively European or even global network.
